There are no returns on custom artwork. Custom artwork is created to a specific client’s specifications. It cannot be restocked or resold. Once a deposit is made, the client has agreed to have the artwork produced and has committed to the project. Upon completion and signoff, the client must pay the final invoice balance of the artwork before delivery.
No refunds are issued for digital products once an order is confirmed and the product sent.
